CETINKAYA LAW OFFICE was established by Mr. Oğuz ÇETİNKAYA whose expertise in the legal profession goes back to 1992 when he was admitted to the ISTANBUL BAR ASSOCIATION. He started his career as an independent lawyer in 1992 and Mrs. Ayşe Pınar ÇETİNKAYA joined his office team at the same year. After Mr. ÇETİNKAYA completed his military service as deputy to military prosecutor he joined Price Waterhouse
(now “PricewaterhouseCoopers”, “PwC” after the merge with Coopers & Lybrand) Istanbul Office in 1996. He worked in PwC Istanbul Office during the years 1996 - 2004 and he managed the Tax Litigation Team of PwC between the years 1998 and 2004.Mr. CETINKAYA
reopened his law office in 2004 after leaving PwC.

Mr. CETINKAYA appeared in many TV and radio programs as a guest speaker and also he participated in various panels and seminars as speaker on the tax law.
Mr. CETINKAYA has numerous works, presentations, academic and professional articles on tax law. He also gave lessons to the lawyer trainees of Istanbul Bar from 2001 to 2005.
