CETINKAYA LAW OFFICE was established by Mr. Oğuz ÇETİNKAYA whose expertise in the legal profession goes back to 1992 when he was admitted to the ISTANBUL BAR ASSOCIATION. He started his career as an independent lawyer in 1992 and Mrs. Ayşe Pınar ÇETİNKAYA joined his office team at the same year. After Mr. ÇETİNKAYA completed his military service as deputy to military prosecutor he joined Price Waterhouse (now “PricewaterhouseCoopers”, “PwC” after the merge with Coopers & Lybrand) Istanbul Office in 1996. He worked in PwC Istanbul Office during the years 1996 - 2004 and he managed the Tax Litigation Team of PwC between the years 1998 and 2004. Mr. CETINKAYA reopened his law office in 2004 after leaving PwC.
CETINKAYA LAW OFFICE was established to provide tax litigation services for its Clients both local and international. CETINKAYA LAW OFFICE has a dedicated and successful litigation practice experience.
Mr. CETINKAYA is one of the most experienced and known tax lawyers on the taxation of the multinational / international enterprises in Istanbul. He is an expert particularly on Corporate Tax Law, Income Tax Law, Value Added (VAT) Tax Law, Special Consumption Tax Law, Customs Tax Law, Tax Procedure Law and Stamp Tax Law.
Mr. CETINKAYA appeared in many TV and radio programs as a guest speaker and also he participated in various panels and seminars as speaker on the tax law.
Mr. CETINKAYA has numerous works, presentations, academic and professional articles on tax law. He also gave lessons to the lawyer trainees of Istanbul Bar from 2001 to 2005.
Mr. CETINKAYA is the Founder President of MUHAK, Society for the Protection of Tax Payers’ Rights. The studies of MUHAK are open to anybody who would like to contribute.
Mrs. Ayşe Pınar ÇETİNKAYA is a graduate of Istanbul University Law Faculty and has a broad and intensive experience on Family Law, Civil Law, Property Law, Inheritance Law, Labour Law, Compensation Law and Contract Law after her profession career as an independent lawyer more than 20 years. Attorney Mrs. Ayşe Pınar ÇETİNKAYA is a member of Istanbul Bar since 1993. Mrs. ÇETİNKAYA is the head of Private Law Team of our office.
